Maintaining your AC system is important regardless of whether or not you are actually using it less during the Summer while you are away. That’s because you want to avoid unpleasant surprises resulting from such situations as a clogged condensate drain pipe which can make your AC system’s drain pan overflow. That in turn can lead to water leaking from the attic floor into your ceiling below and down the walls of your home. 1. Schedule AC Maintenance Before you Leave the Valley

This in turn can give you the flexibility to adjust your Valley home’s temperature during the Summer from wherever you may be.
